Welcome to Cobb EMC. You may establish electric service* online, by phone, or in person. Find all the details below on this page and then learn more about being a cooperative member and all of the benefits it brings.

*Service requests are scheduled Monday through Friday only. Please allow two business days for your request to be processed.

Call member care at 770-429-2100, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You must call at least one (1) business day prior to your anticipated connect date. An additional $20 connect fee will be applied for same day service requests.
A $30 service establishment fee will be applied to your first bill.
You may be asked to pay a deposit based on your credit check. Deposit can be paid with cash, check or money order.

Start Service in Person

Visit our office at 1000 EMC Parkway, Marietta, GA. Walk-in office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Bring in your lease or purchase agreement, along with a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and social security card.
A $30 service establishment fee will be applied to your first bill.
You may be asked to pay a deposit based on your credit check. Deposit can be paid with cash, check or money order.
