As a cooperative, we don’t just serve the community — we’re part of the community.

Local nonprofits and schools in our five-county service area rely on our support, and we believe in investing in the neighborhoods where we live and work. Through hands-on volunteering, mentoring, food pantry donations, Foundation grants and more, we put the cooperative principle of Concern for the Community into action.

Cobb EMC is equally dedicated to promoting local communities through civic clubs and chambers of commerce. Employees serve in leadership roles and lend their expertise to help these organizations thrive for the good of the communities in which we – and our members – live. Plus, we have a team dedicated to energizing large employers and encouraging investment and job growth in our region.

MUST Ministries

Cobb EMC employees collected business clothing for MUST's workforce development team which helps MUST clients have a second chance at stable careers.

Mini-Grants For Teachers

We awarded mini-grants to 74 local teachers to help cover classroom expenses.

Breast Cancer Awareness

Our annual Pink Power Flock initiative reached more than 10,000 people to encourage screening and raised funds for local programs.

Christmas Gifts for Children

We partnered with Foster Care agencies and Title 1 schools to provide Christmas gifts for children.

MUST Ministries

Cobb EMC donated blankets to clients at MUST to help them stay warm during the winter.

LiveSafe Resources

Cobb EMC is supporting LiveSafe's holiday season efforts and purchasing Christmas gifts for 21 children.

Cobb Diaper Day

Our team helped collect more than 100,000 diapers for local organizations in need.

Operation Warmth Cobb

We helped collect and distribute brand new coats to local children in need.

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

We delivered goodie bags for healthcare workers at Children's Healthcare at Town Center.
