Payment Arrangements

We understand that hardships sometimes impact our members and we’re here to help when you need it. Cobb EMC offers payment arrangements, a flexible option that allows residential members to set up a series of payments to 30 days and prevent service interruption. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS CANNOT BE MADE ONLINE without speaking with a member care representative. However, you can request a payment arrangement by calling our member care center at (770) 429-2100 during business hours or requesting a member care representative to contact you by using the form below.

If you are a small commercial member and need help with your account, please call our member care center at 770-429-2100

Members can request a payment arrangement by calling our member care center at 770-429-2100 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or completing the “request a payment arrangement form.” A member care representative will contact them within two business days.

Members can qualify for a payment arrangement if they are listed on the account and are not on a PrePay account. Please note that members who have broken a payment arrangement in the last six (6) months are not eligible. Members must call prior to their disconnect date to establish their payment arrangement.

Broken payment arrangements are subject to disconnect on the next business day. Additionally, if an arrangement is broken, the member is ineligible to establish another payment arrangement for 6 months.

Members will be contacted by a member care representative within two to three business days.

While there is no payment arrangement application, members can contact a member care representative to set up a payment arrangement by calling our member care center during business hours, completing the "Request a Payment Arrangement" form below, or utilizing the chat feature on our website.

To make modifications to a pre-existing arrangement, members must speak with a member care representative at 770-429-2100.

There is no limit to the number of payment arrangements that a member can have, as long as they have no broken arrangements or have an unpaid payment arrangement within the past six (6) months.
