View your energy use

Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology enables you to see how much electricity you are using. Cobb EMC residential and commercial members can review their energy use online. To get started, log in or create a new account.

Once you are logged in:

  • Use the Usage Explorer tool for a detailed look at your past and current usage, all in one place.
  • Use the Bill Comparison tool to compare two bills worth of usage history side by side.
  • Use the Average Usage tool to see what your typical or average usage is for your selected time period.
  • Use the Net Meter Analysis tool if you participate in Cooperative Solar or Rooftop Solar.
  • You can also download your usage data in a zipped file onto your computer.

Who can review the daily and hourly electric use data?

Cobb EMC residential and commercial members who have registered online can review their hourly, daily and monthly electric use.

Is electric use data restricted?

Yes. Only registered and authenticated members are able to view data associated with their accounts.

Is my electric use information secure and will it remain confidential?

Yes. Cobb EMC takes all necessary measures to protect member information. We do not share any of our member information with third parties. We use encryption technology, stringent security standards and cyber security protocols to keep data safe and secure.

What kind of electric use data will be available?

Electric use data will be available to view in hourly increments for the previous day (24 hours), the previous week (seven days) and for the previous 30-day period. You will be able to see history for 13 months. You can also download your usage data in a zipped file onto your computer.

  • Use the Usage Explorer tool for a detailed look at your past and current usage, all in one place.
  • Use the Bill Comparison tool to compare two bills worth of usage history side by side.
  • Use the Average Usage tool to see what your typical or average usage is for your selected time period.
  • If you receive Cooperative Solar or Rooftop Solar, use the Net Meter Analysis tool to view energy usage.

How do I view my hourly electric use?

You will need your Cobb EMC account number. Your account number can be found at the top of your latest bill, or on the payment stub. The name used for registration should be the exact name as it appears on your bill. After the authentication process, you will be able to view your electric use data.

Why does my data show 0 kWh for some hours?

If your energy use is less than 1 kWh at a particular hour, data will show as 0 kWh.

I own more than one house. Do I need to create an online account for all of them separately?

No. You will create one online account. A list of premises, which includes the premise ID and address for each location, will be available. It allows you to select meter data for any single premise.

Why is my electric use data on the web different than my electric use data on my bill?

The period of electric energy used for billing purposes will be different than the time periods used in the hourly electric use displays on the web. The data source, however, is the same for both billing and web display. Only the time periods are different.

What if all of my electric use is blank?

If your hourly electric use display is not showing any used electricity, please contact us at 770-429-2100 or send us an email.
