For our members experiencing difficulties due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are taking steps to help. We've implemented measures to assist our members during this hardship, like providing resources for financial assistance and offering payment arrangements. 

Payment arrangements are for residential members who are having trouble paying their electric bill and would like a flexible option to keep their account current. Through payment arrangements, residential members are able to pay the balance on their account in installments.

To request a payment arrangement, please submit the form below. A member care representative will contact you with details of your payment arrangement once your request has been processed. If you are a small commercial member and need help with your account, please reach out to our member care center by calling 770-429-2100.
