A COVID-19 Update

A COVID-19 Update

It has been a challenging few weeks for the communities we serve, our nation and the world.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility while we navigate these challenging circumstances. The situation surrounding COVID-19 is still evolving and we are actively monitoring real-time communications from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities for the most up to date information.

How we’re staying safe, prepared and maintaining your power

For our members, our customer care team will be working remotely. We will continue to have the drive-thru open for payments, but the front lobby with be closed. Cobb EMC crews will continue to respond to all power restoration needs, should they arise. Our award-winning crews are the reason why we’re ranked 3rd in the nation for reliability, and they are here to serve our members.

We ask that you continue to follow CDC recommendations for prevention and to be aware of phishing scams offering health advice or threatening you if you do not pay your bill.

Here are some helpful resources

Our employees live and work in this community and we share your concerns. One of our top priorities as your electric cooperative is the safety and well-being of members like you, our employees and the community. We appreciate having you as a member and are here for you, 24/7/365.
