  • Expanded renewable energy portfolio through Southern Solar Power contract
  • Rate reductions and cost savings (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016)
  • Reorganized after company-wide VEOP (123 participants)
  • Created Strategic Plan: Communication, tracking and reporting; alignment of employee performance goals to Strategic Plan
  • Completed Forensic Audit
  • Moved annual meeting to North Georgia State Fair and expanded event to offer more benefits to members
